1.      Object of Agreement   The following General Terms & Conditions apply to all contractual relations between Peter Krix Coins & Curiosities, Owner : Peter Krix, Luebberstedter Weg 5, D-21388 Soderstorf, Germany, and the Customer, especially for all orders placed by the Customer online at our Homepage. All General Terms & Conditions of the Customer that contradict or differ from these terms and conditions will not be acknowledged unless Peter Krix Coins & Curiosities has consented to in writing for the particular case. The text of these General Terms & Conditions could be found on the Homepage, printed out and stored on any computer as well.     2.      Order Transaction, Conclusion of Contract   All offers are subject to change and without obligation. The order process on our Homepage is available in English language. All consecutive steps of the order process are a result of the order menue : The Customer has to pick an item and add this item to the (virtual) shopping cart. The Customer has to choose a specific shipment and payment mode. He has to give information on his person, his physical address and his shipment address. The complete range of data, including ordering data and personal data will be displayed again and could be printed out or amended time and again. Not until the Customer is clicking the button : BUY – PLACE ORDER a legally binding offer will be placed. We will send an offer confirmation including our information ob revocation to the Email-address indicated by the Customer immediately. This confirmation is no order confirmation. The order will be confirmed by sending an order confirmation or by sending the merchandise. All order processing data will be stored and send to the Customers email address. The Customer has the right to revocation (withdrawal) according to the revocation note below.   3.      Shipments, Payments, Zahlung, Revocation   The merchandise will be delivered according to the requirements of the customer, preferably by mail or transport service. Partial deliveries may be possible. If the merchandise will be shipped by mail or transport service additional charges will incurre. These charges may be checked for every single order by using the sub-menue “Shipping Costs”. The de facto charges always will be displayed in the (virtual) shopping cart. All prices indicated are prices in EURO currency including all relevant sale taxes. Payments could be carried out by Cash-on-Delivery (Germany only), payment in advance or payment on account.   4.      Right of Withdrawal/ Return Shipments   Consumers (any natural person who conducts a legal transaction which may not be attributed to any of his or her commercial or independent professional activities) are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Consumers have the right to withdraw from their contract declaration within 14 days for any reason by giving us an explicit withdrawal declaration (e.g. sending us a letter or an e-mail) within two weeks. The withdrawal period shall end the latest 14 days after you or a recipient named by you (and who is not the conveyor oft the merchandise) have received the goods. In case you are unable to return the goods or services rendered by us in whole or part, or only return them in a deteriorated condition, you must provide compensation for their value. In any case, you have to bear the cost of return shipments. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 14 days. For you this term begins when you dispatch either your declaration of revocation or the goods; for us it begins upon their receipt.   5.      Title Retention   All merchandise remain property of Peter Krix Münzen & Kuriositäten until full payment.   6.      Miscellaneous   Exclusively valid and uncontradicted pecuniary claims could be settled by the Customer. The right to refuse performance until counter-performance is effected may only be valid for the given contractual relationship.   The contractual relationship is subject to domestic (German) law, excluding United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).  The Court of Jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.   These General Terms & Conditions shall remain effective even if single terms may be invalid. Instead of these invalid terms the German standard contract law shall be effective.
