We require your Email address to be able to answer your requests. Your Email address will be deleted immedeately after the answer has been sent. In order to process orders, we require your title (Mrs./ Mr.), your name and first name, your date of birth, your address (including Email address) and a contact telephone number. We do require information on your age, since we are not allowed to deal with minors. We do require a contact Email address or telephone number in order to agree on and to handle cancellations or subsequent deliveries in mutual consent. All relevant data will be deleted immediately after consignment. Copies of all invoices and delivery notes will be stored for 10 years. If you want to register on our Website your Email address and your password will be saved. If you do not agree with this procedure, please cancel your account or give us anote : Your account will be deleted. You may place an order without registration. Other data, like your IP-Number, will be processed being made anonymous. These data will be deleted immediately after you left our Website. No conclusion or statistical inference will be possible at any time.
Non-personal data
Non-personal data is information for using and maintaining the website, and thus cannot be directly attributed to your person. We collect and analyze non-personal data in order to evaluate our website. Non-personal data may include specific URLs, browser types or IP addresses.
